BMS 240 - Introduction to Nutrition |
Prerequisite: C grade or better in CHM 116 or [CHM 116 and 117] or CHM 160 or [CHM 160 and 161] or concurrent enrollment. Study of nutrients with emphasis on their sources and functions in human growth and health. Discussion of current nutrition issues. A grade of "C" or better is required in this course in order to take any nutrition courses numbered 300 and above or BMS 567. Cannot receive credit for both BMS 130 and BMS 240.
