Prerequisite: "C" or better in MTH 320. This course includes the collection, display, analysis, and misuse of data, measures of central tendency and variation; counting techniques including permutations and combinations; elementary probability, and an informal introduction to correlation and regression. Problem solving and communication skills are continuing themes. This is an activity-based course with extensive use of manipulatives, models and technology.
