Prerequisite: C grade or better in CHM 116 or [CHM 116 and 117] or CHM 160 or [CHM 160 and 161] or concurrent enrollment. Study of nutrients with emphasis on their sources and functions in human growth and health. Discussion of current nutrition issues. A grade of "C" or better is required in this course in order to take BMS 567. Cannot receive credit for both DTN 130 and DTN 240. Cannot be taken Pass/Not Pass. 3(3-0) F,S
