Principles and objectives of health and wellness promotion. Critical issues in health and wellness. The structure, function, and contribution of public, private, and voluntary agencies involved in health and wellness promotion. Individual and group factors related to the promotion, maintenance, and restoration of health. Exercise and Movement Science majors are required to earn a grade of "C" or better in this course.
